Blue Desert Custom Kitchen

This custom kitchen design was done at the president of Blue Desert Interiors personal home.

It has the warmth of a country kitchen matched with an understated modern sophistication.

The perimeter cabinetry is that of typical design trends but with a bit more of a flair and functionality as well. Transitional shaker doors are treated with a grey lacquer and glaze for shine and a unique warmth. The upper Cabinets have hand-glass inserts all concealing duct-work and soffits.

The uniquely styled Island is made from alder and has a grey stain that slightly contrasts the rest of the design in a way that lets it stand out yet fit into the overall design.

The finished product invites one to sit down and relax with that steaming cup of coffee or entertain guests for cocktails, wine, and cheese around the island.
